Many students transfer schools once they are in the United
States. Community college graduates generally transfer to a 4-year school
upon completion of the associate's degree. As long as the student has maintained status, the transfer process may proceed.
To Transfer To Cascadia the student must complete the
following steps:
- The student apply to Cascadia and be granted
admission. The application must include the
Transfer form.
- The Cascadia International Student Advisor will print a new I-20 once
the SEVIS record is transferred to Cascadia from the student's previous
school.
- Student must report to the Cascadia International
Student Advisor within 15 days of the start of classes.
- Student signs item #11 of the new school's I-20 and presents it to the
International Student Advisor.
