Employee Benefits
EAP is the official employee assistance program for employees and family members of merit system agencies of the State of Washington. EAP also contracts with numerous non-merit system agencies to provide employee assistance services. EAP professionals provide assessment and referral services for all types of personal problems; help access needed services from employees selected health care provider; and conduct supervisor consultations on how to work effectively with troubled employees. EAP provides a variety of training and educational programs.
