Technical Support Specialist Certificate

Technical Support graduates will have the skills to provide technical support on basic software and hardware issues to customers and employees. Specific outcomes will include the ability to utilize many different software applications; trouble-shoot and solve technical problems; use resources to find solutions; and work patiently and efficiently with people who are under pressure and need assistance immediately.
