Q: What is Cascadia Community College?
A: Cascadia is the newest community college in the state. The Cascadia/University of Washington Bothell campus is located on a 128-acre campus along Beardslee Boulevard in Bothell, just northwest of the intersection of I-405 and SR-522. Cascadia and the University of Washington, Bothell are co-located on the same campus. Cascadia opened its doors for the first time to students in the Fall of 2000.  Campus Map

Q: When can I apply for admission?
A: You can apply online anytime, or request an application by sending a message to admissions@cascadia.ctc.edu.

Q: How do I get my transcripts evaluated?
A: Send official transcripts from all colleges previously attended to Enrollment Services, and complete a Transcript Evaluation Request form available on-line and in the college's Enrollment Services Office, 2nd floor south end of library and submit it to Enrollment Services.

Q: What degrees are offered at Cascadia?
A: Cascadia offers the following degrees and certificates:

Two-Year Associate Degree in Integrated Studies/University Transfer
Associate in Business Degree/University Transfer
Associate in Science Degree (Tracks 1 & 2)
Associate Degree in Applied Science with the following concentration options:

  • Networking
  • Software Programming
  • Web Technology

Certificate Programs—short-term training opportunities

  • Computer Applications Specialist
  • Game Design
  • Network Specialist

Q: When can I apply for financial aid?
A: You can complete your Federal Financial Aid Form now.  www.fafsa.ed.gov  Please indicate that you want your information sent to Cascadia by using Cascadia's federal school code 034835. You also will need to complete Cascadia’s financial aid materials.  www.cascadia.ctc.edu/studentfinancialservices  or contact Student Financial Services at 425.352.8861 or email finaid@cascadia.ctc.edu

Q: What is the tuition at Cascadia?
A: Tuition varies per academic year. View the latest Tuition Chart for more information. A student who is taking 10-18 credit hours is considered full-time.

Q: What if I am undecided on which degree to pursue?
A: You will meet with an advisor to discuss your interests and goals. The advisor also will help you select your courses. Advisors and faculty are here to provide the support that you need to be successful.  Academic Advisors are located in 2nd floor south end of Library,  425.352.8383  Student Advising & Support Services Hours of Operation
