Tuition
Tuition Payment
Students who register early for credit classes may delay payment
of tuition until 7:00 pm in-person or 9:30pm online by the
deadline for the new quarter. If the student fails to pay by the deadline,
registration may be cancelled, and the student may be dropped from classes. Students who register after the tuition deadline must pay their tuition at the
time of registration.
Five ways for students to pay tuition and fees:
-
Pay online at
Student Online Services with your student ID
number, pin number, credit or debit card number, and expiration date.
-
Pay in-person with student ID number and payment at Enrollment Services.
-
Pay over the phone with student ID number, and debit or credit card
number, and expiration date at 425-352-8860.
-
Mail your payment to Cascadia Community College, Business Office, 18345
Campus Way NE, Bothell, WA 98011.
-
Drop your payment in the drop box next to the 1st floor elevator in the
Cascadia building.
If you have any questions about the payment, you may contact the
Enrollment Services at 425.352.8860. Payment options include cash, check,
VISA, MasterCard or financial aid. Checks returned because of stop payment
or insufficient funds will be charged $20 and will result in cancelled
registration.
If you have received a financial aid award letter that indicates
grants/loans, your aid will automatically apply toward your tuition and fees.
Please contact Student Financial Services if you are registered for less than 12
credits.
ABE, ESL AND GED Tuition
There will be a $25 per quarter tuition charge to students
enrolled in federally funded or grant funded classes. Students who can
demonstrate need may have the tuition fee waived.
Refunds
Withdrawal From Classes
The following refund policies pertain to state-funded credit courses only,
not Community Education. When a student reduces his/her class load to fewer
than 10 credits or completely withdraws from school, Cascadia Community College
will refund tuition according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal from classes due to cancellation by the college: 100%
- Withdrawal from classes through the first week of the quarter: 100%
- Withdrawal from classes during the second week through the 20th calendar
day of the quarter: 50% (summer quarter: 50% refund dates are prorated.)
No refunds are given to students who are dismissed for disciplinary reasons,
or who do not follow the official withdrawal procedures.
Refunds are processed automatically when students drop or withdraw from
classes. If payment was made by cash or check, a refund check will be mailed.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If payment was made by credit or debit
card, a refund will be posted to your account within 10 business days.
